Ambassador PS Raghavan, India’s Ambassador to Russia visited National Institute of Advanced Studies, Bangalore on June 5, 2015. He interacted with the faculty members and students of the International Strategic and Security Studies Programme, NIAS. A brief discussion was also held on the situation in Ukraine and the current Indo-Russian relations.
